Prize Details. This is a $5,000.00 a week for life contest that ends 2/28/15. But they are taking a "Special Early Look". If the winning number entry has secretly been chosen already you get the $5k/week prize. But if the winning number entry has not secretly been chosen by 8/23/12 then they are having a $1,000,000.00 prize in a Second Chance Drawing for everyone who has entered. It's confusing... so just enter.

Prize Eligibility. Online entry is only open to U.S. and U.K. residents.

A limit of one online entry per day is allowed per individual and per e-mail address.

Convoluted Official Rules.

Winners will be notified by mail or in person and winner will be announced during NBC Nightly News.

Yep and they've been caught discarding entries from people who didn't buy mag subs in the past.

I've always thought the Nigerian prince scam was bigger, at least planetly speaking. You actually lose money in that scam. I didn't know PCH was a scam though. Good to know.

I used to think so too until I won a couple of times from them. I've never ordered anything from them, ever. In the past, I've won several small value items from their search & win, once from their facebook page (~$50) and about 2 months ago won a pretty major (in my opinion) trip from them + hotel stay, spending money, etc... a VERY nice prize package, several thousand dollars worth. So no, I do not believe PCH is a scam at all. Of course, I also understand people will be skeptical of me, thinking I work for them or something, haha. Whatever you choose to believe! look around

ok, i'll hang around awhile, get my post count up, then repost what I said earlier. Will that convince you? No. Nothing will. Because you've never won from them, you think it's a scam. I'm not even going to try to convince you or anyone else, I was only adding to the conversation to say I know for sure it isn't a scam. They sell overpriced garbage to old people. In that aspect, yes it is probably a scam, but as far as their giveaways, I know they are real. Take it or leave it.
