Hello Ladies! Ally, do some shopping for me! I hear Chicago is an amazing shopping experience. I am wearing a lumbar support currently. Hopefully, it is working because it is very uncomfortable.

I considered ordering it, but I am trying to lay low. I could not imagine buying $75 in-store now that we have the new registers. I have to think and re-think my in-store purchases before I swipe my card/GC/MC/ARs.

Did I miss something about the new registers? What is wrong with them?

I mainly order online anyhow. The only reason they get me in store is all the coupons they have been sending lately.

The newest Bebe mailer has Jordin Sparks all over it promoting the movie Sparkle. She looks really good. There is an over-the-shoulder image that is super sexy. She looks really sexy in a lot of the pictures. Go Jordin!

My area just recently installed the registers that require ID for all returns/exchanges. I am not sure if they swipe the ID because I did not have my ID on me, so the SA did the returns without it. She just typed in my address, I think. Many ladies have had these registers for awhile.

These registers dont require an ID swipe. They take your ID so they can type in the info from it, unlike when we used to have to write it onthe slip. The stores that swipe ID have a machine on the back counter that they run it through.

As long as they do not swipe, I am cool. I know some ladies say their VS B&Ms swipe. I know my Sephora swipes. #noswipes

terms and conditions say it has to be merchandise. gift cards dont count towards the $65

i went to an express store (not the regular i go to) and i came home empty handed and unhappy.
(1) i was purchasing $150+ and exchanging $60 (can't return, it was an exchange only receipt, from my no-receipt exchange last time), sa wants to give me only $30 off instead of $60 off. since the -$60 put my total below $150. i decided not to use the coupon then since my $60 exchange effectively is being reduced to $30 value.
(2) so now my purchase is $150+ minus $60 coupon = $90+, i wanted to use my $90 reward. this time he says i can't use coupon and reward together. i know for sure he is wrong here (other store and online allow this, the other store's manager even volunteered the info to me previously) but i didn't feel like arguing. i just noted i'm not going back to this store again.

so i called customer relations when i got home. he said sa is right in #1, but i was right in #2. i told him store sa confirmed it with the manager so it seems the store (not just the one sa) doesn't know reward rules. he said he's calling them. (at least for the benefit of others since i'm not planning to go back there)

while i was at it, i complained about how we lose our reward when we change our mind on items we used the reward on. he said they note complaints and make changes on their terms based on feedback. i asked if there are a lot of complaints about this, and he said not really. i guess others don't mind this Confused so if yall have to call cs one day, you can also mention this issue.
