I'm going to try a pair of skinny jeans or leggings at Express for the B1G1 deal with the extreme stretch jeans. I already have all the barely boot cut & boot cut jeans I want. Which is the one skinny jean or legging you all would recommend most for my short self? I'm thinking I may prefer skinny jeans to leggings, but I don't really know. FWIW, I tried on the extreme stretch leggings in the store & they were way too long.

did you try on the extreme stretch leggings in short length or regular? the short works well for me. if you have defined waist you can do 2 short. i have them in 4 short because my waist is large laugh out loud there are several colors with short lengths available. just refine your search to size (2S or 4S). then maybe refine to stella if that's what you want. you can also try the mia (higher waist) , they have one with the short length, mine is in size 2.

the skinny is good. they have 2, but one of them didn't work for me -- very large on my already large waist Faint, and fits everywhere else. (come to think of it, it might be that my behind is too small. it was a very large gap at the back.) i don't remember which one is which, but i'll check when i get home. (eta: it is the medium that did not work. dark worked)

if you don't like the jeggings, the leggings are less fitted on the legs. i get mine in 2. plenty colors available, but only 1 length. there are denim and sateen fabric too!

Dream tees off-the-shoulder tee [victoriassecret.com], XS - I sized down because I knew this would be boxy. I was hoping for a less awkward version of the off-the-shoulder tunic [victoriassecret.com], but no such luck. They don't mention it, but it's basically a cropped tee. It's wider than it is long! It also was no off-the-should on me, it wouldn't really even hang off one shoulder.

Seamed halter bra top [victoriassecret.com], S - This is pretty low cut on me, but not too obnoxious. It flares out a lot at the bottom, but it doesn't hang away from the body like a babydoll style, so it works well with my shape.

I just bought this Draped Boatneck Dress [express.com] from Express. I must say that I absolutely LOVE it. I bought it in green (which matches my red hair well) and want the other two colors, if I can somehow get a good deal on them. The dress runs a little big, but then again, I haven't quite figured out the sizing at express. I bought it in a size 0 (completely shocking), and it fits me like a glove. The ruching is really flattering, and the zipper down the back of the dress is a nice touch.

I bought it for conference dinners. It's a dress that's sexy, yet professional, and I think that this dress will remain in my closet for years to come. It's definitely worth checking out.

i ordered it in size 4 in currant. hopefully it fits. i went to 2 stores and didn't find it to try on. i was too lazy to buy 3 sizes just to make sure i get one that works.

I went into forever 21 today. It is so big here. I managed to find over $100 worth of stuff to buy Faint.

I'm pretty sure the sticker on the extreme stretch leggings said 2S. I didn't look at the label inside though. They seemed very long for a short length. I couldn't have worn them w/o hemming them. That's not going to happen. laugh out loud

Are the colored jeans short enough for you. I'm always afraid to order anything but short or petite pants. I don't like to roll the hem & don't want to bother getting them hemmed.

I'll wait to hear which pants you don't recommend, before placing an order. As of now, I have the Stella Skinny Leg Jean in Dark http://www.express.com/stella-ski...0482c853d5 in my cart. I'm not crazy about the fading on & under the pockets though.

I remember Kurpee loved that dress too. If I had anywhere to wear it, I'd order it. The green color would look best on me also.

Thanks for the review. I've been eyeing this dress for a bit. Also like the idea of wearing to conference things...it would need to pack well for me though- I can't iron to save my life and garment suitcase/bags are evil in my book. At the sleeve- at least in the green color, it doesn't look finished, is it better in real life?

I think the dress will pack well. I also don't know how to iron...and garment bags are clumsy. That was my major concern, since I'm starting more on super-long flights. The front has some ruching, and it's not that satin type of material that creases if anything touches it. There's a little more give here, which was a major concern for me.

My suitcases all have a sort of flap on the inside where it's meant for flat things. There's a section with a flap that's more rigid that's meant to sort of shield the flat things from the rest of the suitcase, though this is probably the worst way of describing it ever. Usually, I don't have problems when I pack button down shirts or other things that usually wrinkle.

The ruching starts at the sleeve, under the arm pit. In person, there are two pieces of fabric. One that is just flat that goes straight across the body. Then, there's a piece of fabric on top of it that's bunched to create the ruching effect. I think it looks finished and professional. I think the two pieces of fabric is what looks strange online. It doesn't look strange in person. I like it a lot!
