Man! Sorry to hear about more mess with that and the bridal party.

I think splitting the bill is the hardest in general. I don't know why it's continuously a problem when my friends and I go out and it's a big group. Especially with cheap friends. shake head Seems often to be a problem with all sorts of different groups of friends, which is why I'm throwing my hands up on big birthday dinners. Not worth the trouble. shake head

I do love Tory's stuff. I even like her logo which is odd because I'm not really much on flashing labels.

nerdi, the Small Zara dress fit me. It wasn't even snug. You couldn't wear a M in the white dress, unless it's cut a lot smaller than the dress I ordered.

Is this meal after the wedding? When you said rehearsal dinner, I assumed it was after the rehearsal the evening prior to the wedding. If it's after the wedding, it would be the bride's responsibility. They're actually asking you to pay for your part of the reception? Confused If that's the case, it sounds like they planned a wedding beyond their means. That's one of the tackiest things I've ever heard. Not everyone can afford an expensive wedding. They can still have a nice wedding, within their means. My wedding to my DH wasn't expensive, but that's got a whole back story I won't bore you with. Why didn't they just feed everyone hors d'oeuvres, & skip the meal? Are they not feeding you after the rehearsal? Either we have another regional disconnect that I'm not getting or this is the strangest wedding I've ever heard of. We normally have rehearsal the evening prior to the wedding. At the completion of the rehearsal, the groom's parents pay for dinner for everyone involved & their family (I realize most people probably wouldn't feed both families, but we do.). The reception is after the wedding. The bride's family is responsible for feeding the wedding party & all guests then. Do you all do it differently?
