I went to the mall of America today. Nordstrom Rack e-mailed me to say they got in two Burberry costs. One was originally 1,100. It was a lined tan trench cost (size 2) they were selling for $129.97. I called right away and put it on hold. They told me they had it on hold, but when I got there 20 minutes late someone had already stolen it. I was crushed. I literally got there 25 minutes after they sent me the e-mail.

Anyway, I went to VS and all swimwear was $9.99. I got the black paisley gorgeous top and the neon white floral bottoms. I plan on purchasing the other half online. Definitely worth checking out.

I purchased my green Rio bandeau and bottoms 10 days ago on sale. I can't believe I'll be able to get a price adjustment. Despite losing my coat, I left the mall pretty happy.

Good Morning! Rough start to my holiday - last night we had to take my 7 year old cat into the emergency vet because he was having a hard time breathing. They put him in an oxygen tank since his blood oxygen was low and after x-rays saw he had fluid in his lungs and an enlarged heart. They're still running tests, but every time they take him out of the oxygen tank, he starts having a hard time breathing. If ya'll could say a little prayer/cross your fingers for him, I'd appreciate it. I know we probably won't have much time with him even if he pulls through, but I really want him back home with us and back to his normal self. He's literally the best cat.

Should I buy some sweaters now or wait? I probably won't need them, until Christmas. Do they often sell out, before winter? This is my first year buying from Express in many years, so I don't know how much stock they usually have.

I am almost finished with them. I took the weekend off from everything except cooking. I am definitely in a hurry to find new employment. I have been at my current company too long. It is actually contributing to my back slow healing. Thanks!

I have no idea why I began shopping at VS. I can remember there was the cutest tee that was my school's colors that I wanted. It and a crochet bikini was my first purchase. However, I was more of an in-store shopper back then. I liked to try on clothing before I purchased them. I think it may have been when I got my first job. I began buying all my corporate work clothing from VS. I cannot get into Express. It seems like dressy clothing to me. (Or maybe that is because I usually like the dressy clothing on the site.) I have had an Express dress in my cart for months. I will not buy it because I have dresses that I did not wear this summer. I did buy two Express sweaters last fall. Both are black/charcoal stripe. I did not wear either of them. I click on the ladies links, but I can resist Express (thankfully).

I will not! I stopped wearing the brace, but it is available if I need it.

Awwww, thanks for asking! I've been a lot better after I quit that terrible terrible job. After I left, a whole bunch of people started quitting as well. Even people that's been there 10 years +. I don't get many heart palpitations anymore, but sometimes when I start stressing out again :shake :

I'm trying not to stress about the BM duties. I talked to some other friends yesterday about it at a get together, and they all advised me to not do anything unless I am asked and never offer to do anything. That's not my style, but they've experienced it first hand before. One of the girls already started a new email chain instead of replying to mine and that already kind of rubbed me the wrong way and addressed my questions that way. Then the MOH and that particular BM are now having an argument about when the bachelorette party and bridal shower should happen. That BM wants it done backwards, and MOH doesn't. And MOH even suggested we do back-to-back shower and bachelorette party 1 week before the wedding. I said that's a terrible idea. Le Sigh. There's essentially two time frames since MOH is in school bachelorette in Dec and Bridal Shower 2 weeks before the wedding in April. : shake: I'm staying out of it as much as possible and both of them can go at it.

I think it depends on what you're looking at. I usually get the fitted V-neck sweaters and I've had okay luck with them waiting around until Black Friday, but this year, I already picked them up. I know they can eventually go OOS, so I rather not risk it! :eek :

I'm glad you're doing better. I didn't realize you had quit that job. It's good you got out, when you did. Are you working somewhere else, or are you still looking. Whichever is the case, I hope you love you new/next job.

If the MOH & BM are already having arguments, I'd stay out of the planning as much as possible. It's a shame everyone can't get along & make it fun.

Dream Angels strapless bra [victoriassecret.com], 34DDD, black - When I saw this, my first thought was, "wow, that is huge," but it did end up fitting except for the band being super loose. I definitely feel the band is looser than the DA demi. I will probably return this. I have the 32DDD on backorder in ivory. The awesome thing about this bra is that where the straps attach in the back is similar to the 100-way in that there are slits along the entire edge of the band so if you wear it with the straps you can adjust it to line up with a wide variety of styles. Overall, it is an awesome bra, pretty and supportive. I'm thinking I may have just gotten a dud as far as sizing goes, even just looking at it the band looks way longer than a 34.

Liya push-up halter top and double string bottom [victoriassecret.com], L, pink plaid - I've probably reviewed both pieces before, but I wanted to point out that if you look closely at the images, there is a puckered texture to the fabric. This is even more noticeable in person. I think it looks pretty awkward, but it's not a deal killer since I love the fit and print of this bikini.

Cross-back dress, 8, teal - I had all the same problems as the 6, except the bottom set of straps gapped a bunch and just didn't lay right. Overall, the straps are still too short and my bust takes up way too much fabric for the waistband to sit right. I think I have finally given up on this dress.

I'm not in a rush. Needed time off for sure, but the plan is to go back to school : D

I have the first V-neck you linked in multiple colors from the past few years. The quality is pretty good this year, I like it. I haven't had much trouble with it going OOS, but I ordered it earlier on. I know you mentioned you have a bit of trouble with the tummy area and I just want to point out that it's a very fitted sweater. I think if you're going to wear the matching camis underneath, it should help hold things back in. However, if you wear it a bit ruched, it could help hide for sure. I don't have the others, but it seems like the ruched side one would also be a tight fit. The Lurex one looks really pretty! Hope that helps!

Thanks for the sweater info. I mostly chose them based on the colors I like. Fitted tops look better on me, so they should be fine. Maybe, my tummy isn't quite as big as I make it sound. Loose tops are my enemy. With my curves, they just make me look fat.

sounds like drama... good luck with that! at the end of the day, they should really just ask the bride when she wants to have these. again, it's hard to decide when she doesn't have a date, venue, caterer, etc booked. i.e. i had to turn in headcount a month before to the caterer, and then a bunch of stuff was due 2 weeks before, and some stuff due the week of. it's probably best to plan these things when she won't have a lot of stuff she needs to get done (i.e. if it's april 1, her invites should go out feb 1 at the latest, so she'll probably be designing them in december so that she'll get them back in time - that is if she has them printed).
