Same thing happened to me!! With Fredericks. I also stopped shopping there, but not so much because of their mistake. It was more because VS used to give free returns every so often and Fred's never did. Also, although I thought some items from Fred's were really nice and cute (I have a long silk gown which is stunning, some Christmas items, and a black dress), I didnt much care for their bras or panties.

I felt like that about a lot of VS gwp's in general over the last couple years. I'm not excited about them cuz it's the same stuff in different colors or patterns. Another beach towel, another hot pink vinyl BF tote, another makeup bag, another scarf...etc. I was impressed by the silver Angels clutch precisely because it was different. I dont recall them having anything similar in the time I've shopped VS. I'm looking for the next GWP simply because I'm looking to order some jeans and I prefer to receive some GWP rather than none but the GWP's themselves do not excite anymore.. and I have to add again that the recent "bling" tote from PINK was a huge disappointment, and they made you pay for it!! shake head

I had a similar experience at Frederick's, which is why I don't order from them anymore.

I actually bought a $20 shirt and sent it back with my own postage (with tracking). They charged me for their label, and I even gave them the tracking number I paid for.. I called twice, and both times, they told me that the $7.95 was a processing fee. I told them on their website it was a called a "shipping and handling" fee, yet they never shipped nor handled my package. I was probably on the phone for two hours going back and forth between people, and they still wouldn't take the charge away.

At one point, the man even said, "Well, it would have been cheaper if you hadn't sent it yourself, since you were going to be charged $7.95 regardless." or something along those lines.

I got so mad that I stopped ordering really quickly...unless it's something I REALLY like and know will fit...they're just not worth the hassles of returning. That MAJORLY turned me off to that store.

Also, if you place an online VS order in store, you get free shipping AND returns. I just learned this.
I find that most of their things are quite ill-fitting. I used to shop there for the corsets, but my most recent corset and returns experience turned me off them for good.

On my third call to get my return money credited, the girl was eating icecream and talking to her coworker about how good it was and smacking her lips. That was gross. Definitely unprofessional.

Unless I see something in the store, I may consider it, but they really don't know how to keep customers.

The $10 Wrapp promo for all Sephora fans.
Thanks for the clarification. I think the wrapp program kinda sucks because you can't stack GCs.

Wave welcome back! is that where all those gorgeous photos of you in red are from?
Thanks and yes nod Was there for a friend's birthday and she wanted us all in red for one of the nights. It looked strange when we were in a group, but in the pictures, it came out pretty nicely and looked coherent. Smilie

so I guess Fredrick's doesn't do in-store returns if items were bought online?! good to know. I've seen things I liked but not enough to take a risk.

Can you or anyone tell what hair spray this is?
https://m.facebook.com/home.php?r...2566_o.jpg
This isn't me nor was that the girl that did my hair and make up but she's the main artist.
I checked wolfie's link, & have no idea what hairspray that is. Thanks for the link though. I ordered http://www.folica.com/hair-care/h...-six-ounce yesterday. When I go to Target, I'm going to look for the hairspray alvs recommended. I'm also hoping to remember which hairspray I liked, if I see it at the store.

Express has new pricing up! Looks like lots of sweaters on sale...

Some are still showing as sale price, plus b1g1 19.90. I'll bet the sale prices are a glitch to be fixed soon.. Order soon!
Naturally, I ordered sweaters a couple days ago. One order was going to be a return anyway. I ordered a replacement for the torn cardigan, & was going to return the damaged one with the more expensive invoice. Now I need to decide, if I want to bother reordering the others. I'm glad I didn't order everything I wanted already.

actually sephora online let you stack the gc's. it came as a gc with pin format (similar to their holiday ones). but ppl that were abusing the system and using multiple wrapp gc's in 1 order got cancelled orders. i used the $10 vib wrapp gc and a regular gc i had and the order shipped. i didn't get the $10 friday one bc i assumed it was the same as the vib one (silly me). oh well!

the photos look really cool!

a friend liked the big sexy hair spray in the red bottle. i can't vouch for any tho, as i usually don't use hair spray at all.

sorry about the sweaters. hug i know i pushed you into buying them in the first place. express is frustrating that way.
