it's also a little infuriating that none of my express store purchases make it on my express next. even when i TOLD them about it, they still refused to look up my account by phone number. Annoyed

I really like them! I love how they each incorporate the same colors, red, white, black, with exception of the baby one, but it's still super cute!

they can do that, but i hate having to do that every time i make a purchase. i just can't be on the phone with CS all the time, ykwim. annoying bc all my receipts will show my current points, but won't add more points. who knows what's wrong with my store.

I missed the Onna question. Sorry about that. I never heard anything about my bags order, and I actually noticed last night that my pending charge dropped off. I e-mailed their customer service late last night and am still yet to hear. I asked my friend who ordered her bags before me, and she still has a pending charge, so I don't know what happened. I hope they ship. I really wanted that bag! I'll let you know what I hear.

haha you are on top of things! Smilie let me know what you hear... i just assumed they were super slow. but it's not good if your friend's cc still has a pending charge.
