Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !
So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

When my legs were swelling and my kidneys were failing it was because of my parathyroid. It caused my vitamin D3 levels to be depleted so calcium was being drawn out of my bones. Im very worried now about getting the whole bone density thing. Very scary stuff. Vitamin D also binds with phosphorus and that caused the kidney damage so that I couldnt flush out the toxins. Because I had too much calcium in my blood coming out of my bones , albumin and other metabolism proteins bind to the calcium and settled into the lowest part of my body (my legs). Proteins attract water which caused the swelling in my legs. Had to learn all about vitamin D2 &3 and calcium because of all this. Now Im having to look into ways to put the calcium back into my bones instead of just in my blood!. I have very high blood levels but it needs to go back in instead of out!!!
Im eating more eggs and watching whats in my food as well as lifting some weights and walking.
Im starting to ride my, not sure what its called. I call it a humpy machine cause thats what it does!
Rec'd a ESPN x-l T-shirt in the mail today from a Sweeps that ended in December. an actual bottle of Sobe from the IWG-can't believe that they sent the bottle instead of a coupon. I guess it's one way to be certain that you try the new flavor.
Hope that all of your family, loved ones, and friends are okay if they live in Denver (and if they live elsewhere also. of course.). My cousin (who considers me an Aunt) lives there and is really a Batman fan. So glad that he wasn't at the show this morning. It's the kind of thing that he would have gone to when he was younger. His Dad was so worried and isn't convinced that his son is okay, even though he's posted on Facebook-my Uncle wants to hear from him.
Good luck to all!
