Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

BTW I received the $500 GC from Skoal by Fed Exp on Friday. That was a really good contest! Had to use it all though on new airconditioner, still need more lol. I also received a $20 GC from skoal on hubbys name (reg mail) and got a $25 from Timberwolf.
Anyways....I am so far behind but HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you Cindy and to Batty and to Dabbs!!! I don't know anything about the spam Cindy, there's no indication of a problem from my end, no virus caught, but I'm trying to figure it out, so sorry! Is it still happening?

Hi there wish! So did you reformat it? What does that mean? Take off your info? I wouldn't have a clue how to do that. I know that every nook and cranny is filled in my house.....much work to be done, wish I had a truck!

I rec'd a $25 I tunes that I won in June from the Nabisco/American Idol IWG and the 3 Burger King game pieces that I mailed in a request with a self addressed envelope, almost 3 weeks ago in today's mail. Won a small smoothie, Quaker Maple Oatmeal, and a Southwestern Burrito. 2 postage stamps for $6.77 in food. You have until Sept 2nd (postmarked) to mail in more, so I may do another one or two. The one Nephew likes Burger King a lot.
The car is NOT covered by the recall. They did tell me that there is a possibility that it will be added later and to have it checked out at their official Saturn dealership. I know that if it IS added later, that I would be re-imbursed, but it doesn't make sense with the other problems looming.
Thank-you for all of the well wishes. I've been blessed with good health for the last 3 years and no family ills (after 6 years of losing all 4 Grandparents, an Uncle, my Dad, and then Mom having breast cancer (5 years survivor in October please). Both of my pets died within 3 months of each other (liver cancer and 2 years of kidney failure) after the family deaths. Then I was very ill for 2 years too. My Brother's marriage is in shambles, but he is making headway and the youngest is 13 now. So, I'll count my blessing and hope to find a job soon.
Sorry to be so long. I'm trying to keep up.

I've got the time to sort through stuff. I just hate doing it. But afterwards, I know I'd feel better. I'm going to start with a box full of stuff I brought home from work when I retired in 2010. I went through it once already. Hopefully it will be easier now. I've only kept a few textbooks I worked on as a project manager over the years. I'm not sure why, as if anyone would care, even though some of them have my name on the copyright page or in the acknowledgments.
Right now I'm trying to make flight arrangements for my mother to visit but working around other's schedules is a pain.
