I absolutely farking loathe Time-Warner Cable. I got a new HDHomeRun network tuner today, but it won't work without two things from TWC. Easy, they say, go to the Order page on our website and order them. Except only one of the two things is available on their order page. Saturday morning, I have to stand in line at the local TWC office and ask them for something they won't even understand.

This is what TWC does to people, make you suffer with an ignorant Customer Service rep who has absolutely no idea what you really need, no matter how well you describe it to them. Fark TWC. Hard. With a red-hot poker. Sideways. More than once.

Farkers! That's pretty much the same sort of crap Cox pulled when I had them. It's why I switched backed to Verizon where you can sit on the phone for an hour to get an arbitrary estimate on your fix instead of standing in line for hours waiting for the same thing.
