Well I am glad to see the deal I posted is doing well, the only thing is I bought in on the deal as well, and ordered a M, L, and XL sizing, bc I was not sure of which one I would fit....

I tried to get a VA loan when I bought my house, but I had one late credit card payment in the previous year. I had to write a letter explaining it, but my reasoning was apparently not good enough for them to give me the loan.
What benefits are you going for?
