Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. ET on July 2, 2012 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on July 31, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older as of date of entry.
"Like" the MiraDry Facebook page, enter through the Summer Giveaway tab - https://www.facebook.co
Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address/household during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 2, 2012 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: A $500 VISA Gift Card.
(If you are one of the first 1,000 entrants to "Like" miraDry, visit the Application and complete the registration form, you will receive a First Prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If you have won a First Prize, you will be notified on-screen. One thousand (1,000) First Prizes: A $5 Amazon.com Gift Card.) NOTE: Page has over 2300 "likes", so the Amazon gift cards are probably all gone now.
Total value of all prizes: $5,500.
