Promotion begins on June 26, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 3, 2012 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Promotion Period consists nine "Entry Periods" and one (1) Grand Prize Drawing Period.

Offered only to legal residents of the 47 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, California and Hawaii, who are at least 18 years old at the time of Entry.

Once an entrant has accessed the Promotion, he/she must provide the requested registration information, including his/her complete name (first and last, no initials), valid street address (P.O. boxes are not permitted), City, State, ZIP Code, telephone number, and date of birth to register for the Promotion. Then entrants must follow the instructions to submit a video or photo as set forth to receive one (1) Entry into the Entry Period running at the time the entrant submits the video or photo. An entrant will receive one (1) Entry into the Grand Prize Drawing if his/her entry is submitted during the Grand Prize Drawing Period. An Entry consists of either: (i) a video showcasing a "one of a kind" or "original" motorcycle (the "Video"); or (ii) a photo showcasing a "one of a kind" or "original" motorcycle (the "Photo"). The Video or Photo, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, must be of good quality and must show the entire motorcycle. Instructions regarding how to upload a Video or Photo are on the Page.

Each entrant is limited to receiving a maximum of one (1) entry per day into an Entry Period and/or the Grand Prize Drawing Period. Entries from one Entry Period will carry over to the next Entry Period or the Grand Prize Drawing Period.

On or about each Random Drawing Date for the corresponding Entry Period, the Administrator will select one (1) Entry Period Prize Winner from all eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period. On or about the Random Drawing Date corresponding with the Grand Prize Drawing Period, the Administrator will select one (1) "Grand Prize Winner" from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

Entry Period Prize (9): Each Entry Period Prize Winner will receive a Original Bike Spirits Gift set consisting of one or more of the following items with an ARV not exceeding $10: 5oz sample of Spray Cleaner and Polish; OBS branded polishing cloth; OBS branded pen; OBS branded bottle of hand sanitizer; OBS branded lip balm; OBS sticker; and/or OBS logo tattoo. The approximate retail value of an Entry Period Prize is $10. The total ARV of all Entry Period Prizes is $90.

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive an Orange County Choppers® Custom Motorcycle (the "Chopper") and a two day/ one night trip to Newburgh, New York where the Grand Prize Winner will attend a presentation ceremony of the Chopper and be given a tour of the Orange County Choppers® Headquarters (the "Trip"). Additionally, the Grand Prize Winner will receive Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner which the Grand Prize Winner may use to pay any taxes resulting from the Grand Prize.

The Chopper will be built to include the following specifications: Rolling Thunder 6" up 5" out 40 degree rake 5 in trees Frame; S&S 100ci polished EPA Engine; Taker 6-speed RSD Polished Transmission; Horseshoe Oil Tank; Super Trap 2 to 1 EPA Exhaust; Custom Rear Fender; Razor Lower Legs; Mean Street Tubes; Closed Wet Primary; OCC® Three Hit Polished Wheels (21X3.5 front, 18X8.5 rear); OCC® Passenger Pegs; Danny Gray with buddy pad Seat; Bullet by Radiantz® Turn Signals; Oval Mirrors; OCC® custom Handlebars; Accutronics® kick back Forward Controls; HHI® Brakes; Haymaker® Gas Tank; custom Paint, custom Timing Cover and custom Derby Cover.
The Trip includes round-trip coach class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner from a major gateway airport (selected by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) near the Grand Prize Winner's residence to Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, NY; one (1) night standard hotel accommodation (single occupancy) at the Hilton Garden Inn Newburgh/Stewart Airport; round-trip ground transportation between Stewart International Airport to the Hilton Garden Inn; round-trip ground transportation between the Hilton Garden Inn and OCC Headquarters; presentation of the Chopper and associated tour of the OCC® Headquarters.

The Trip and all travel related to the Trip must be taken on or about the dates to be determined by Sponsor and coordinated at a mutually agreeable time with the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner must be available to stay in Newburgh, New York for two (2) days / one (1) night or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card provided. Furthermore, the Grand Prize Winner shall be solely responsible for any and all expenses not expressly set forth herein, including but not limited to, round-trip transportation between the Grand Prize Winner's residence and the airport of origin, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food, gratuities and tips, incidental and personal expenses, insurance, laundry service, local and long distance telephone calls, merchandise, mini-bar, parking, room service, service charges and souvenirs. Furthermore, the Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes imposed on acceptance of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize Winner may invite up to three (3) travel companions (each a "Guest") at his/her sole expense. Each Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the minor child/ward of the Grand Prize Winner. All Prize-related travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsor's authorized designee. Grand Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not pay for or obtain any travel insurance. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for upgrades, frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once such items are in the Grand Prize Winner's possession. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Once hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor's air travel prize supplier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier. If the Grand Prize Winner and/or any applicable Guests elect to upgrade or extend the Trip, the Grand Prize Winner and/or Guests will be solely responsible for any and all expenses for upgrading or extending the Trip. If the Grand Prize Winner's residence is within 250 miles of Newburgh, New York, he/she will receive $250 in lieu of round-trip coach class airfare, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner and any Guests are solely responsible at their own expense for obtaining any desired or necessary travel documents. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests to arrive at the designated gateway airport in time for each flight that is part of the Trip. The OCC® Headquarters tour and presentation of the Chopper have no retail value. In the event the tour and/or presentation are postponed or canceled Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner beyond awarding all other Trip components and the Chopper.

The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of the Chopper is $45,000. The ARV of the Trip is $2,000. The total ARV of all the Grand Prize elements is: $52,000. ARV of the Trip will vary based on date and location of departure. Any difference between the actual and estimated value of the Trip will not be awarded.
