I haven't been up to much. Just goin' through a little bit of a time (I don't think all this helps either

) and haven't felt all that sociable. It won't last. I can't be unsociable for long.

I think I'm gonna take the needle in my arm and stab it in Summer's eye. She's been horrible this year, more horrible than usual. Though this still beats the summer 3 (or 4?) years ago when I had the brown recluse bite, gall bladder surgery, two wasp stings that got infected, a sprained ankle AND Bea Arthur died. That one was probably worse, lol.

The TV in front of my bed. There's a bar running along the top of my bed with this hanging thing where I can pull myself up on it if I needed too. I don't really know why I'd need to but ok. BUT the cool thing...after I ate the nurse comes in and goes "Oh! Yeah! I forgot to weigh you!" (Sure, after I eat..blah). So I started to get up but she told me I could stay in bed and she weighed me while I was sitting on the bed. It was kind of awesome.

Autumn I hope you are finally sleeping and getting the rest you need...but I woke up a little bit ago and since I couldn't get back to sleep I checked my phone to read emails and check SD. When I saw this thread I had to read through it and wanted to get up to send you good thoughts and wish you well.

Your symptoms do sound like a mini stroke...very similar to something my brother's ex-wife had many years ago (I think she was in her early 40's)...and now she participates in half-triathlons. I do think you will make it through with flying colors (or was that from the loritabs before?

) and am glad that people were with you and got you medical attention right away.

You are tough and have a great sense of humor...two things that will be sure to get you through this.

I am thinking this might be tied to your anxiety and hoping that once this is all behind you the anxiety will be in your past too.

Soak up as much attention at the hospital as you can.

And take full advantage of that room service ...did they provide a mini-fridge/bar too?

On one hand I am sorry that you are going through this...on the other hand...now you are so bored and you are stuck there for a bit so you kind of have to be visiting in the lounge...
