Sweepstakes Period:
For all purposes of this Sweepstakes, the Website's (defined below) computer is the official clock and all times refer to Eastern Time ("ET"). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on May 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 15, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of one (1) grand prize, five (5) first prizes, fifty (50) second prizes and one hundred eighty (180) instant win prizes.
How to Obtain a Code:
To participate, entrants must first obtain a code ("Code"), while supplies last, by visiting a participating retailer, playing a crane game and successfully extracting a toy with a Code attached. For a list of participating retail locations go to www.grab-away.com/locations. Last day to obtain a Code from a crane game is August 9, 2012. To receive a Code for free by postal mail, send a hand-printed self-addressed stamped standard size #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: Sugarloaf $10,000 Grabaway Powered by NEN, P.O. Box 11029, Burbank, CA 91510. Vermont residents may omit return stamp. The last day to request a free Code by postal mail (if available) is August 9, 2012. Free Code requests received after August 9, 2012 will be voided and are not eligible to receive a return free Code by postal mail. Limit one (1) free Code request per outer mailing envelope. Limit one (1) free Code per request. No metered postage requests accepted. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of free Code requests will be accepted. 1,250,000 Codes will be printed. Limit twenty (20) Codes per person total; entrants may only receive up to twenty (20) Codes total either from the crane game or from the free Code by mail or a combination of both methods.
Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize:
The grand prize consists of ten thousand dollars ($10,000 US) awarded in the form of a check made out to the winner. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the grand prize is $10,000 US.
Five (5) First Prizes:
Each first prize consists of one (1) iPad2. The ARV of each first prize is $499 US.
Fifty (50) Second Prizes:
Each second prize consists of one (1) $50 Visa check card. The ARV of each second prize is $50 US.
