Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on July 19, 2012, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 17, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the continental U.S. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for the winner and one guest to Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island, Bahamas. The prize consists of:
- round trip coach air travel to Nassau, Bahamas, from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor);
- one (1) double occupancy hotel room for 4 days/3 nights;
- a "Walk with the Sharks Adventure" package for two people;
- airport/hotel ground transportation; and
- a $500 resort credit.
All other expenses not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $5,000. Actual value will be determined by winner's residence and seasonal rates. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2012, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Air carriers, hotel and other transportation will be selected by Sponsor. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions; blackout dates may apply. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations, including a valid U.S. Passport, and for any travel insurance.
Five (5) Second Prize winners will receive 5 Prize Packs – Commemorative DVD set/T-shirts/Shark Fin Hats/Fruit Chews (shark bites). ARV $100
