Sweepstakes commences at 12:00:01AM Eastern Standard Time on June 1st, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59PM Eastern Standard Time on August 31st, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, except California. Residents must be at least 21 years of age as of the first day of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

One entry per household.
A selection committee will randomly choose one (1) grand-prize winner, one (1) second-place winner, and one (1) third-place winner. The prize winners will be notified on or about September 31st, 2012 by phone and via priority mail after the selection is completed.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner: Snark Sailboat, valued at $1,000.
Second Place: One (1) Second Place Winner: Paddle Board, valued at $750.
Third Place: One (1) Third Place Winner: Surf Board, valued at $400.
