Sweepstakes begins Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at 9 A.M. (EST) and ends 11:59P.M. (EST) on August 28, 2012.
Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 or older at time of entry.

WEEK 1 PRIZE: Backpack filled with school supplies. Retail value of approximately $100.00. Prize to be awarded in random drawing on August 8, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period of July 31, 2012 to August 7, 2012. Sponsor has the right at its sole discretion to provide cash payment or an electronic gift certificate in lieu of any prize.
WEEK 2 PRIZE: Backpack filled with school supplies. Retail value of approximately $100.00. Prize to be awarded in random drawing on August 15, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period of August 8, 2012 to August 14, 2012. Sponsor has the right at its sole discretion to provide cash payment or an electronic gift certificate in lieu of any prize.
WEEK 3 PRIZE: Backpack filled with school supplies. Retail value of approximately $100.00. Prize to be awarded in random drawing on August 22, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period of August 15, 2012 to August 21, 2012. Sponsor has the right at its sole discretion to provide cash payment or an electronic gift certificate in lieu of any prize.
