Prizes:
Grand Prizes (5): A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) to see The Dave Matthews Band perform at the Gorge Amphitheater in Gorge, WA on August 31, 2012, September 1, 2012 and September 2, 2012. Trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two people from major airport nearest winner's home to Seattle, WA (in Sponsor's sole discretion), a three (3) night Camping Suite at the Gorge in Area 41, pick-up and drop-off from the airport to the Gorge Amphitheater, two (2) Pit tickets for each of the three (3) Dave Mathews Band concerts at the Amphitheater in Gorge, WA on August 31, 2012, September 1, 2012 and September 2, 2012, a Meet and Greet with The Dave Matthews Band on September 2, 2012 (based on availability), a Sponsor-specified prize package and the use of a Sponsor-specified camping vehicle for camping while at the concerts. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $5,450.

First Prizes (36): Two (2) tickets to each of the three (3) The Dave Matthews Band concerts at the Gorge Amphitheater in Gorge, WA on August 31, 2012, September 1, 2012 and September 2, 2012, three (3) nights camping at the Gorge during the concerts in Area 41 sponsor-specified camping equipment. First Prize does not include transportation to and from the concerts or camping equipment. The ARV of each First Prize is $599.
