Simon Malls’ New Look for Back to School Sweepstakes ~ 8/31/12

Sweepstakes begins on August 2, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, expressly excluding Rhode Island, who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

There four (4) methods of entry as defined below:

a. On the Simon.com Website: During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.simon.com/promo/ or www.simon.com/m if you are using a mobile device, and follow the links and instructions to proceed to the registration page and complete the registration form, which will allow you to opt-in to email messaging by providing Sponsor with your valid email address; if you have previously opted-out of receiving email messaging from Sponsor, you will not be added back to the email list just by registering for the Sweepstakes. Once you submit the form, you will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

b. Facebook: During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Sweepstakes through any participating Simon mall Facebook page; visit www.simon.com for information on which Simon malls have a Facebook page. Once you locate the Facebook page of a participating Simon mall, If you don't already "like" the participating Simon Mall Facebook Page, you must first click on the "like" button in order to access the Back to School application. Follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form. Upon submitting the form, you will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

c. Opt-In to the Mobile Shopping Club at your Favorite Simon Mall: Visit a participating Simon mall to locate the code for that Simon mall ("Mall Code") on advertisements throughout the Simon mall; this Mall Code will allow you to enter the Sweepstakes and opt-in to the Mobile Shopping Club for the mall you are visiting. If you cannot find a Simon mall advertisement with the Mall Code, you can also learn the Mall Code at the Simon mall's Guest Services Desk. Text the Mall Code to 74666 using a two-way text messaging capable device to opt-in to the Mobile Shopping Club and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If you opt-in to the Mobile Shopping Club you agree to receive up to five (5) text messages per month. Text STOP to 74666 to opt-out. Text HELP to 74666 for information.

d. Text Message LOOK to Enter: Text LOOK to 74666 using a two-way text messaging device and you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will receive up to two (2) text messages from Sponsor in response to your text asking you to provide your favorite Simon mall and asking you to join its Mobile Shopping Club. This is optional and if you respond you may earn an additional entry. If you do not respond, you will still receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit: Each entrant may receive only two (2) Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period, through any combination of the methods outlined above. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or text-messaging capable device. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, text-messaging capable devices, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $5,000 American Express® Simon Giftcard® (Giftcard terms and conditions apply). Approximate Retail Value: $5,000.
