begins on August 9, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 2, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Then, follow the directions to submit one (1) essay describing why you like to use Graco Pack 'n Play (the "Submission")
Judging Phase: During the Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the six (6) entrants
with the highest scoring Submissions (the "Finalists"), from among all eligible
Submissions, based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
Relevance (33%);
Creativity/Originality (33%); and
Fit to theme (34%).
Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase.
Limit: Each entrant may play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Limit: Each person may vote one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase.
Prizes:
a. Contest: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner's choice of Graco products with a
$1,000 retail value and $4,000 in gift cards from Babies R Us that you can use to
create a dream nursery; or a $5,000 check deposited into the winner's 529 plan
already established or to be established by winner for the benefit of a beneficiary of
the winner's choice. Winner must be enrolled in a valid 529 plan within two (2)
weeks of notification date and the winner must provide Administrator with his/her
529 plan details and any necessary 529 plan documentation in order to receive the
prize. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000. Winner should consult their tax
advisors regarding the tax treatment of 529 plans.
b. Instant Win Game: ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: A $25 Babies R Us gift
card. ARV: $25. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number
of prizes available divided by the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays. Limit:
One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
