Prize: (4 winners) 3-day/2-night trip for two to winner's choice of 1 of the following Xperiences:
-Xperience 1: Private Dance Lesson in Washington, D.C. Work one-on-one with a professional instructor. Select from Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Salsa or a combination of dance styles.
-Xperience 2: Skydiving in Las Vegas, NV. Also includes up to four tickets to a Cirque du Soleil show (actual show is of Sponsor's sole choosing and depends on availability and other factors).
-Xperience 3: Watersports Adventure in Seattle, WA. Choice of ONE of four water sports: Wakeboarding, Water Skiing, Inland Surfing or Combo-Skiing; with guidance from AWSA certified instructor.
-Xperience 4: Have Fun in the Snow & Learn to Ski, Snowshoe or Skate-Ski During this Boston Winter Adventure For Two
-Xperience 5: White Water Rafting on the Leigh River in the Poconos, PA. In lieu of hotel accommodations, a log cabin stay will be provided.
-Xperience 6: Rock Climbing on the Shawangunk Ridge in the Catskill Mountains, NY. In lieu of hotel accommodations a camp ground accommodation site will be provided.
-Xperience 7: Experience the Thrill of Off-Roading During an Off-Roading Swamp Tour in New Orleans.
Each Grand Prize trip consists of coach air transportation from major airport closest to winner's residence to major city near location of selected Xperience (airports selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), standard hotel accommodations (one room-double occupancy) for 2-nights (except for Xperience 5 and Xperience 6 as stated above), transfers to and from airport and hotel, transfers to/from hotel (or log cabin/camp ground as appropriate)/ Xperience and $400 spending money. (ARV: up to $5,580). Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed in these Official Rules and any other expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of winner (by way of example only, such expenses include any desired insurance). All prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize/prize component with one of comparable or greater value. All applicable taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner
Travel is subject to airline and hotel/log cabin/camp ground (as applicable) availability, and other restrictions apply. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, they will not be replaced. Winner and guests are solely responsible for required documents such as government-issued photo identification. If a Winner resides within driving distance of selected Xperience, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in in lieu of air travel and Winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in conjunction therewith. If winner elects to travel with fewer than (3) guests, selected Xperience will be awarded in increments suitable for actual number of travelers and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in conjunction therewith. Winner and guests will not receive any frequent flier miles, award points or other perquisites in conjunction with prize travel. Trip must be taken by December 31, 2013. Travel guests of Winners (or parent/legal guardian if a minor in jurisdiction of residence) must be 18 or over and must execute a Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release ("Release") within a specified time prior to issuance of travel documents. If a guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied on trip by his/her parent or legal guardian; i.e. the Prize Winner. Once travel documents are issued, neither travel arrangements nor guests may be changed without the approval of Sponsor (which may be withheld of any reason whatsoever). An IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize will be filed a copy provided to each Winner. Winners and guests must travel on same itinerary on dates and times determined by Sponsor. Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending upon departure location, chosen Xperience and other factors. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination and is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash
