Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

I never played the 7-11 until you won today. Thanks. I just got a Redbox also. Usually use my charge card. How do you get it using the winning code, do you know?

Please I need to vent. Dogs got me up early 5am and i did iw's. went to shut the light off in the living room. Remember I replaced by A/C unit a little while ago and my window sill was all wet? Well, I saw a big puddle again. New curtains soaked and knicknacks also. so I took it all down. moved all furniture. Cannot call Sam as cell does not work up there. I know it could be worse, but his son from WA is going to meet him up there and has only seen my house 2x. now a big mess. I cannot figure out where the water is coming from. I am upset. i know leaks can be tricky had one from the chimney 20 ft away and leak into the dining room. now this. i don't know if i should put the AC unit back on to see if it is that? It did rain this week a lot. could have been that. i am getting off now to clean this mess more but it just never seems to stop with stuff happening. thanks for listening. Should I put the unit back on? can it hurt anything? no i do not think so. this way i can see if it is the A/C or rain. bbl

Was the water on the floor or coming out of the wall switch? Or the ceiling or what?

Not from ceiling and not on the floor. Just the sill. Wall switch is under the sill about a foot. but I cleaned the filter on the new AC unit and it was wet. I don't think it is supposed to be wet. But the old AC was pretty new and this happened and this one is brand new. I am so hoping he just has to tilt it more but it could be coming from the siding or up above on the roof. Should I start the ac unit? don't know if the socket is wet or not. but i have been running it all week and it must have been like this.

Yes AC is in one of the windows it is a big double. has a very deep window sill. wet thought the old ac which was not that old could not handle constant running so we got a really big one (completely installed differently and caulked it really good) and does the same thing. i did not check it lately last 2 weeks. but it rained most of this week here. so i am trying to rule out the AC. just texted him and he wants to take all the siding off when he comes back. and he is bringing his older son who flew in from Washington State to help him up there and more boxes. I must calm down - it is only stuff.
