Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

It wasn't their service was down, they just haven't processed me yet. Took me till after 10:00 to finally locate a live body to speak to....All she would say was to call them in the morning.

So just call at 8, an their technician is running behind.......he supposed to be here shortly after noon.....

I did take the opportunity to tell her what lousy service they have and once they trap you in a contract they just screw ya!

I got the same crap when I simply changed modems last week. I guess all these companies are alike. I was afraid this might happen to ya. You should get it today and at least you still have your old service during the delay.


Edit; So you mean they have to send someone out to your house?

Yep, I asked her what do you have to do to get my service turned on.......she said he has to come to my house and turn it on at the box...and he's running a day behind....how FKN ridiculous.

There is something to that "after 7 pm." crap. Once you get the modem set up you're supposed to go to their website to finish up. Well I couldn't get service, but clicked the link for the site anyhow, attached pic to show you what I got.

It'll get set up eventually, I simply ran out of patience , used it all for AOL...vomit
