Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

There is something to that "after 7 pm." crap. Once you get the modem set up you're supposed to go to their website to finish up. Well I couldn't get service, but clicked the link for the site anyhow, attached pic to show you what I got.

Be sure to call AFTER you are set up and tell them that the person who had to turn it on was running late and you want to be credited for the day(s) that you didn't have service.
The phone company actually has to "wire" the box to accept the DSL signal if your home is serviced by a phonebox that is pre-DSL. It's not the box on your home, but the one that services your area. I can see the one that services the area around me and everytime someone adds DSL, there is a truck out there doing something inside the box.

LOL.ya done ruined it, now I"m gonna have to take back calling her a b*itch.....thanks for the explanation.
They did send me an email, and I will respond a bit later.......once I'm happier with them.nod

If you dont mind standing in line behind the pig!!! He claimed dibs a long time ago. Ive got 2 people that I have to choose from. Son wants a cruise but not sure he can go. Other friend can go if he doesnt but I cant go till after Christmas

lol.. mostly used for networking.. it carries `bout 190,000 bytes per second.. which is `bout 60 x faster than your modem..

THat's a nice one, got to go try it......I never was able to see if I won or not.....once I entered the info it would just keep spinning or turning or whatever it does,,,,,always figured I'd get an email if I did win.... I always entered twice, cause on the 2nd time it would tell me I already played, so I knew I was getting entered.

Be RIGHT back, now that I"m FAST..lol

I only have 4 plant's but I didn't get them out until late. The pepper plants are still going too,but I don't know how long any will last with the weather getting colder.
