Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

OK, so you mean what you have is like the picture I showed?...........do you only pay the 4.99 and that's it per month? I might do that, to keep the mailbox that I like.

But you can without paying. i meant just pay for one or two months until you are confident that it works fine. you can have that same layout if you do not pay i think. i only pay to talk to someone there because sometimes things go wrong and they do fix it over the phone or take control of my computer. not too often tho. you can ask them if the layout is the same without paying. do you want their phone no?

??? but when I just go to aol.com and check mail, I am not getting the same kind of layout I get with my paid subscription.........maybe I just don't know what I'm doing.

I use hotmail for all my contests,, yahoo.... lol I usually only get porn spam. I think you would get used to hotmailnod

Did you actually download aol 9.7 or whatever their newest version is? I had to download it when I got my new computer and they guided me thru it.

in hotmail, how difficult is it to go from one person's email to another? aol just zips around from one to the other.

Did anyone get an email from Milk Mustache asking you to enter? Duh, i spend half of my life entering. hope they are all going thru. as long as I get the share button it goes thru right?

I still have the same version of mail that you showed. AOL did switch it to the new version and I went to "options" and switched it back. I do not pay for AOL. The options button is next to your "logoff" button. There is also a tour that you can watch or go to the "my account" and put "original mailbox" in the search, it should tell you how to get it back step by step.

I also don't like the other mail options.

You cannot go by my opinion. I am afraid to change things because I have no one to help me and if i screw it up off to staples I go and pay them. I do have one email addy on yahoo and do not like yahoo.
i never tried hotmail and have not had MSN since I got my first Gateway Computer 15 years ago so i do not remember.
I do have a Verizon email but cannot remember how to get into it but I think it was a lot like yahoo. Right Sprok? Edit: Once i deleted in haste and I called them and in 20 minutes they put back all my permanently deleted mail for the last 24 hrs. so that is also something i like about aol. once my yahoo got screwy and there was no one to call about it. but this is just because i am blondette and cannot help myself and know i have to pay people when i screw up.
