Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

This is just for the snippet tool, you don't need to to use the paint program.
Click and start your snippet tool. The little "instructions" come up and tell you to drag the cursor. You don't have to close that little screen, it will disappear on it's own.
Drag the cursor around the area you want to capture, it will then show it in a box......in the upper left of that box, it says file.
Click on "file" and then click on "save as" ...then a screen will come up and let you name it, Doesn't really matter what you name it , something like Snippet Practice would be good.
After you name it, over on the left side OF THAT SAME BOX, click on Desktop, so that it will be right on your desktop. And then click save.......
Now go look on your desktop and see if "Snippet Practice" is there.....Click or Double Click and open it up and verify that's it's the capture you just took........
If it didn't work, go over the steps again and try again. If it doesnt' work, come back and tell what point you got to.
If it did work, do it several more times until you are comfortable doing it. You need to name each one a different name.
Once you're comfortable, go ahead and delete all of them ,(drag to recycle bin) except for 1. We'll use it on our next step.
It doesn't matter what you capture for this practice......just something right here off the ff will do.
So I called this page snippit and dragged it into that new folder and it is there.
Now when I do other captures and put them into that folder I guess they will all be there to open whenever, right?
Then the phone rings as usual and I have to go do something right now for a family member and that is how it goes every time I try to learn. but i think I got this now. Can I do the snippits on Facebook wins? Because they never print and I always hand-write things down.

Got the Gatorade prize i won a while ago. Said its value is $10.99. A little more than that. Had said a cooler but it is what sam uses - the 2 gallon water jug with the spout on the top. so it is useful (and a towel and little water bottle that does not leak).
But the fed ex came this am from Purina - cannot believe it. 4 coupons each worth $61 each for a 50lb. bag of dogfood each. Figures, I just bought a big bag. Coupons expire in March. they eat but not that much. unbelievable. If I get them (and storage is a problem) nearer their expiration dates does anyone know or think how long that dog food will keep? They will be fat little doggies. So I did good with that.

I know - i was kind of shocked. that is $240 in coupons. if i put them in the shed the mice and squirrels will have a ball and they will be ruined. so i have to do something sensible.

When you make your folder,the place where you type the name you want is highlighted. You need to name it WHILE it is highlighted and before you click off of it.... If your forget to, you can right click on your folder, look down the list until you see "RENAME", click on that and it will become highlighted again.
Once you practice enough to be comfortable, we're gonna get you to be able to put one of your snippets in the FF.
A few pics for making that folder again.......start with right clicking on a blank area of your desktop.
