Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00 am (PDT) on September 5, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (PDT) on October 2, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States. Void in Puerto Rico, other United States territories, outside the 50 United States, and where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible, a participant must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
During the Entry Period, a participant may enter the Sweepstakes by one (1) of five (5) methods:
(a) completing an entry form at any Wet Seal store;
(b) texting "wetseal" to 82257;
(c) via the Internet, by going to the "Shopping Spree with Carly Rae Jepsen Sweepstakes" section at the Wet Seal website at http://www.wetseal.com/content.js...re
(d) via the Internet, by going to Wet Seal's Facebook page at https://www.facebook.co
(e) by mail by hand-printing the words "Shopping Spree with Carly Rae Jepsen Sweepstakes" on a 3" x 5" card. Each participant will be asked to provide name, address, telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address on their entry. Mail-in entries should be sent to: Wet Seal-Carly Rae Jepsen Promotion, 26972 Burbank, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 26, 2012 and received by September 30, 2012.
REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD A PARTICIPANT MAY ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES ONLY ONE (1) TIME. MULTIPLE ENTRIES WILL DISQUALIFY YOU.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 15, 2012 by Sponsor. Winner will be notified by telephone by the Artist and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of issuance or an alternate winner will be chosen.
Grand Prize shall include:
- coach class airline tickets for up four (4) people (if age 18 or over, Winner and three (3) guests; if under age 18, Winner, one (1) parent or legal guardian and two (2) guests) to New York, New York,
- up to two (2) hotel room(s) for two (2) nights at a hotel in or near New York, New York,
- ground transportation to and from,
- meet with the Artist at Wetseal located on 14th Street in New York, NY for one hour,
- $1,000 shopping spree, and
- four (4) tickets for the Winner and three (3) guests to see Artist perform live at the Justin Bieber 'Believe' Tour on November 29, 2012 at Madison Square Garden.
Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $4,498.00. NOTE: Any concession item(s) and all other expenses not specified herein, including, but not limited to transportation to and from the airport, gratuities, insurance and all incidentals are the sole responsibility of the Winner and his/her companions. Grand Prize Winner and guests must be able to attend the shopping spree in New York on a date chosen and time selected when the Artist will be performing or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Air travel shall be from a major airport reasonably close to the Grand Prize Winner's home address as stated on the Winner's entry form, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline and hotel will be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Travel companions must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as Grand Prize Winner. If Grand Prize Winner or any travel companion is under age 18, that person must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If one or more of the guests cannot attend, the Winner is not entitled to the difference between the value of the Grand Prize and the actual cost of the trip. By entering and/or accepting the prize, Winner consents (except where prohibited) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winner's photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address, contents of the entry form and the name and age of the Winner without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be required to complete and return IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) within this same time period. Failure to sign and return all required documents in this time period will result in forfeiture and disqualification of Winner and an alternate Winner will be selected. The hotel has its own cancellation policy which may result in additional fees to Winner and his/her guest(s). Winner and each guest is responsible for any travel insurance and all other forms of insurance that they may wish to obtain (at their own expense), and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. All airline tickets are non-refundable and the names of the Winner and each guest printed on the tickets need to exactly match proof of citizenship. Many airlines charge an additional fee for luggage. Failure to check in for your flight in an appropriate amount of time may result in denied boarding. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If necessary due to unavailability of the Grand Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of the method of entry.

Where a dispute arises about who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account entered. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.
