Cracker Barrel Old Country Store The Sharing Tree Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 11/6/12

Sweepstakes begins on September 7, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on November 6, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. CT.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Once you have completed registration you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) registration entry during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants may earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes by:
- Opting in to receive email communications from the Sponsor. Upon agreeing to receive email communications from the Sponsor you will earn five (5) additional entries into the Sweepstakes. You can opt out of receiving emails at anytime.

- Opting in to receive SMS communications from the Sponsor. Upon agreeing to receive SMS communications from the Sponsor you will earn five (5) additional entries into the Sweepstakes.

- Pressing "Like" on the Facebook Tab on the Sponsor's Facebook page. You will earn five (5) additional entries into the Sweepstakes for this method.

- Following Sponsor on Twitter at @CrackerBarrel. You will earn five (5) additional entries into the Sweepstakes by signing up to follow Sponsor on Twitter at @CrackerBarrel.

- Share a link resulting in Sweepstakes registration: You may earn five (5) additional entries for sharing a link to the Sweepstakes with each of your friends who registers and qualifies as an eligible entrant in the Sweepstakes up to a maximum of five (5) friends for a total of twenty five (25) additional entries through your efforts in accordance with the five (5) methods outlined below:
o Invite a Friend: To invite friends via email, click on the "Share" link on the Site and enter the name(s) and email address(es) of up to two (2) friends at a time who are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
o Quick Link: To retrieve your personal web link, click on the "Share" link on the Site and locate the personal web link or personal banner on the share page on the Site.
o Facebook® Wall Posts/Invites: You can post a message to your Facebook® wall that will include a personal web link to the Site.
o Twitter Posts/Invites: You can post a message to your Twitter feed that will include a personal web link to the Site.
o Share a photo via Facebook or Pinterest: All photos being shared will have a unique web link which leads back to the Site. Should the link generate a registration you will receive entries.

- Submit an answer to questions posted weekly: You can enter your answer to the question posted during the Question Period along with a photo to earn five (5) additional entries for that Question Period up to a maximum of forty (40) entries into the Sweepstakes for this method. In addition, when you submit an answer you will have a chance to win an Instant Win Prize. If ever you missed answering a question during its designated Question Period, you will still have the chance to submit an answer to collect its inherent entries through the "Share your fall favorites" section. For purposes of clarity, answering questions past their Question period will award you five (5) entries but will not give you a chance to win an Instant Win Prize.

Mailing-In: You can receive five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes by hand printing your name, age, complete address (including zip or postal code), daytime phone number, email address, on a 3"x 5" card and mail it, postage prepaid, to: Tree Entries - The Sharing Tree Sweepstakes, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., P.O. Box 787 Lebanon, Tennessee 37088-0787. Upon receipt of such card, you will be awarded with the five (5) entries. Mail in requests for entries must be postmarked by November 6, 2012 and received no later than November 13, 2012.

LIMIT: Limit of eighty one (81) total entries per person into the Sweepstakes regardless of method of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive $10,000. Approximate retail value of grand prize is $10,000.

Instant Win Prizes:
Fifty two (52) instant win prizes are available to be won as shown below. The matching of instant win prizes to their respective winners shall be in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and winners shall have no choice between prizes. Approximate retail value of all Instant Win Prizes is $3,079.92.
