Green Leaf's & Bananas "Get in the Mix" Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes runs from 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 9/01/12 to 11:59 PM ET on 10/10/12.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER: Go to http://www.facebook.com/pages/Gre...6190395738 during the Promotion Period, click on the "Like" button to like Green Leaf's & Bananas on Facebook, then click on the Sweepstakes tab at the top of the page. Only after you "Like" Green Leaf's & Bananas will you able to access the Sweepstakes Entry Page. Follow the instructions to submit your entry using the application. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 10/10/12.

Limit one (1) entry per unique email address and per person during the Promotion Period. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry per email address by using different or multiple identities, log-ins, any automated entry system, or any other method is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void, as are entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete or that contain errors. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply.

Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") will be dispensed. The Grand Prize consists of (1) Vitamix 5200 Blender. The randomly selected Grand Prize winner will receive his/her prize by mail to an address s/he provides via phone or e-mail 4-6 weeks after the "Winner Notification" process. Any prize not claimed or returned as undeliverable may be retained by the Sponsor or offered to an alternate potential recipient. (Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $449.)
