Locate the QR code at a participating Macy's retail store at the Scan for the Grand check-in table. Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device to scan the QR code and you will have an opportunity to enter the Instant Win Game by following the prompts.

OR

Visit one of the participating Macy's retail stores, and use one of the in-store computers to go to http://macysgrand.promo.eprize.com/scanfall2012 ( http://macysgrand.promo.eprize.com/fall2012 )

Timing: begins on October 4, 2012 at 2:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on October 4, 2012 at 9:00:00 p.m. PT

Limit: Each entrant may play one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old

My local Macy's did not have any QR codes and it took 30 minutes for the sales rep to figure out how to use his computer to enter. No win for me.

So based on what I understand happened the last time they did this, (I missed it that time) if you win $100 or $500 you get a digital gift card, and for the $1000 you need to wait for them to send it to you in the mail? Just curious.
