open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("D.C."), (excluding AK and HI), who are twenty-five (25) years of age or older at time of entry.

PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 4 day / 3 night resort vacation at the beautiful Santa Barbara Bacara Resort & Spa for two (2) that overlooks flower-filled courtyards, restful fountains and sights of the Pacific Ocean. The Grand Prize includes: accommodations; a three-course sunset tasting menu for two with paired wines from the Santa Barbara Wine Country at the resorts signature restaurant, Miro; a Sunset Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) lesson on the Pacific Ocean, offered through Bacara Adventures; complimentary use of the resorts other amenities, including three swimming pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, innovative wellness classes, oceanfront terraces and nature trails. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Resort Vacation is $2,000.00. In addition a $1,000.00 AmEx Gift Card to be used toward travel arrangements and other incidentals. Total Grand Prize ARV is $3,000.00 (USD).
One (1) First Prize Winner will receive a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W650 16.1 Megapixel Digital Camera (ARV $120.00) and a Sony 8" Black LCD Digital Photo Frame (ARV $100). Total ARV of First Prize is $220.00.
Five (5) Second Prize Winners will each receive a Sperry Top-Sider Shoe Gift Card for a pair of shoes of up to $180. Total Second Prize ARV is $900.00.
