21+, contiguous US, one entry per person/email address. Ends October 14, 2012 @ 11:59pm PT
Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to see Guns N' Roses perform at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 17, 2012. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV; 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino; two tickets to the Concert (seats determined by Prize Provider); dinner for two people at 35 Steaks and Martinis; and the opportunity to play blackjack with members of Guns N' Roses (ARV $2,225)
Travel will take place November 16-18, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure city, time of travel, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to winner. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination, airfare will not be provided. If, for any reason, the Concert and/or Card Game is postponed or canceled, the Contest Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Concert and/or Card Game on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks or Sixx Sense With Nikki Sixx within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Contest are not eligible to enter or win.
