The registrant need not be present to win. Employees of Golfsmith, its affiliated companies, and immediate families of employees are not eligible. One (1) grand prize winner receives (1) Ogio Men's X4 Synergy Push Cart, at an estimated value of $299.99.
Register for the golfsmith.com CONTEST by submitting a complete online registration form located on the Golfsmith International, L.P. web site. It must be received by Golfsmith by 11:59 PM CST October 31, 2012. This contest is sponsored by Golfsmith International, LP, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and assigns ("Golfsmith"). Golfsmith and its agencies are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete registrations.
Registration period for the CONTEST contest begins at 9:00 am CST October 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM CST October 31, 2012.
Drawing will be held November 1, 2012 for the PRIZE. The winner will be notified via email from golfsmith.com. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries at time of drawing.
To claim the prize, the winner must respond to winner notification email no later than 11:59 PM CST December 1, 2012. If unclaimed by December 1, 2012 the prize will go unawarded.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternate prize. Winner accepts all responsibility for any applicable tax on prize.
