Simply mail a postcard including your name, address, daytime phone number and email to: Cooking Light "Holiday Hostess Must Haves" Sweepstakes c/o US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co, 625 Panorama Trail, Bldg. 2, Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14625-2437. Mailed entries must be postmarked between Tuesday, October 9, 2012 and Friday, November 16, 2012, and received by Friday, November 23, 2012. Each postcard must be mailed separately.*

Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (U.S.), age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Canada, Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law.
Limit: One online entry per email address per day (for wesite entry).
Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 grocery store gift card (ARV $500). Total ARV of Grand Prize $500.
Runner-up Prizes: Twenty five (25) Runners-up Prize winners will each receive an eco-friendly bamboo trivet (ARV $10 each). Total ARV of all Runner-up Prizes is $250.
