GARNET HILL – Holiday Shopping Spree Sweepstakes

No purchase necessary. To be eligible, an entrants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. Employees of Garnet Hill, Inc. ("Garnet Hill"), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates; advertising or promotional agencies and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes permission to use entrants" name, voice, likeness or quotes without further permission.

To enter, complete the form on garnethill.com/giftshop. Entrants can enter once per week for each weekly drawing. By entering weekly, entrants are automatically entered into the Grand Prize drawing.

By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Garnet Hill is not responsible for incorrect, faulty or misdirected email transmission or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer or software or any other cause. Garnet Hill reserves the right to terminate the promotion and award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries prior to the termination in the event that the promotion is compromise in any way.

Random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted the day after the close of each weekly sweepstakes. The winners will be notified within 7 days of the drawing. The Grand Prize drawing will be held on or about December 12, 2012

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Garnet Hill and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The retail value of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $20,940. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Void where prohibited. Should the winner be unable to be contacted within 5 days of the drawing or is ineligible, an alternate winner may or may not be selected. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Winners will be required to submit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number) form within 7 days of receipt in order for the prizes to be officially awarded. All sweepstakes determinations will be made by Garnet Hill and will be final.

Winners release Garnet Hill, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies from all liability in connection with the participation in this sweepstakes promotion, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury as a result of the prize awarded.
