Prize: (1 winner) A trip for winner and one guest to New York City, NY including: round-trip, coach class air transportation from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to New York City, NY; 3-days/2-nights' standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; a $1,000 Coldwater Creek gift card; a $500 check which may be used to cover miscellaneous expenses; and a personal style consultation with a Better Homes and Garden stylist. (ARV: $3,600). If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of New York City, NY, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Actual value of prize, including without limitation air transportation and hotel accommodations, may vary based on point of departure, dates of travel and existing rates at time of booking. Any difference between stated value of prize and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2013 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any necessary documentation (i.e., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. All reservations and travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier and with hotel accommodations of Sponsor's choice. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including without limitation ground transportation, meals, souvenirs, luggage fees, incidentals and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Released Parties (as defined below) disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any prize accepted by winner. The exact Better Homes and Garden stylist providing the consultation will be selected by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no guarantee or warranty either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. In the event that a prize component is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.
