open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) ("Eligibility Area") who are 18 years of age or older

consists of five (5) Weekly Periods and one (1) Grand Prize

Entrant will be able to follow the onscreen instructions to create a team ("Team") as Team captain ("Team Captain"). The Team Captain will then be prompted to recruit up to nine (9) additional Team members (each a "Team Member" as well as an Entrant) to be a part of his or her Team. A Team may consist of no less than one (1), and no more than ten (10) total Team Members. The Team Captain must complete the registration process for his/her Team. Potential Team Members recruited by the Team Captain must have a Facebook account (as described above) in order to be able to be recruited and to be able to enter into the Promotion. All Team Members must (i) be Facebook friends with the Team Captain, (ii) receive a "team request invitation" to join the Team from such Team Captain, and (iii) visit the Website and log in with your Facebook account.

Limit one Game Play per Team Member per day.

Limit one Extra Point per Team Member per Game Play. Note: Entrants will be charged according to their Internet provider's standard fees and rates, and Entrants should contact their provider for pricing plans and details. Limit one (1) Promotion Team per person and per Facebook account during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) Facebook account may be used in connection with this Promotion.

Potential Weekly Winners will be eligible to receive up to ten (10) Macy's Gift cards, each with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $50 USD. Total number of Gift Cards awarded to a Weekly Winner Team will depend on the total number of Team Members comprising the winning Team. Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes could vary from $250 USD to $2,500 USD.

Grand Prize Winner: In addition to the Weekly Prizes, there will be one (1) Grand Prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner"). Subject to these Official Rules, on or about November 20, 2012, the Team with the highest Score at the end of the Promotion Period will be selected from among all eligible Teams, to receive the Grand Prize (the "Grand Prize," as more fully described below). Potential Grand Prize Winner will be eligible to receive up to ten (10) Macy's Gift Cards, each with an ARV of $250 USD. Total number of Gift Cards awarded will depend on the total number of Team Members comprising the winning Team. Total ARV of Grand Prize could vary from $250 USD to $2,500 USD.
