I was referring to the whole raw chickens ie. Fosters/Tyson's/etc. found in the grocery store. But for chickens with everything including heads and all, Asian grocery stores sell them all cleaned and everything.

And as far as live chickens go, I remember most of the chicken growers sell them by the dozen, and then we would have to pluck, clean, and take care of them...

Those chickens do taste diff though, like actual chicken, and much more lean be they don't have the growth hormones, water, and steroids pumped into them.
