It has to be feigned. There's no way someone could possibly be that ignorant. Hence why we think it's trolling.
1. The boots were delivered 2 days late.
2. The boots have a worn scuffed up look that the picture doesn't have.
3. The soles of the boots are cheap looking.
4. The toes of the boots curl upward like those weird mexican boots.
5. The leather is cheap.
I'm so farking pissed off right now at the service and quality of these boots. If I wanted to look like I bought boots at walmart, I'd have bought boots at walmart!

It seems like something you're interested in so you'd probably even enjoy the class. If taking a class is not an option, pick up a book or at the very least do some Googling. There's no reason to remain misinformed/uninformed when the info is out there.
