Sweepstakes begins 12:01:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 10/29/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 1/4/13.
Only open to (i) legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein, (ii) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry in the Sweepstakes (or in the case of legal residents of jurisdictions where the age of majority is greater than 18 years of age, such age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside at the time of entry), and (iii) who have access to the Internet.

Entrants will be required to vote for one (1) of the recipes presented in order to enter then complete the registration form; all fields listed must be completed.
Limit: one (1) vote/entry per person per day.
The Recipe that receives the most votes during the Promotion Period will be announced on or about 1/7/13, subject to verification by Sweepstakes Administrator; all eligible entries and votes submitted for the winning Recipe will be entered into a random drawing to select the Grand Prize Winner on or about 1/7/13; a random drawing to select the First Prize winners from among all entries and votes submitted during the Promotion Period will be conducted on or about 1/7/13.
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $1,000 in kitchenware (awarded as a gift card) from a leading kitchenware supplier and a "Nuts About the Holidays" prize pack which will include Peanut Butter & Co. products, Peanuts DVDs, and Peanuts merchandise. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $1,250.00.
First Prizes (5): Each of five Winners will receive a "Nuts About The Holidays" prize pack, which will include Peanut Butter & Co. products, Peanuts DVDs, and Peanuts Merchandise. The ARV of First Prizes: $250.00 each.
Maximum, ARV of all Prizes: $2,500.00.
