ACH Food "Scratch, Bake and Win!" Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 1/31/13

Promotion begins on November 1, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (the "U.S."), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

There are two (2) ways to participate in this Promotion.

1. ONLINE: Visit the Website http://sweepstakes.recipefortogetherness.com/. If you have not already registered with the Website, you must first complete the registration form with the information requested.

2. VIA FACEBOOK: Go to https://www.facebook.com/recipefo...7836602229 and click on the "Play Game" tab to access the Promotion application. You will be required to "Like" the Facebook Page to access the Promotion application.

If you have previously registered, you may simply enter your email address when prompted at the Website or Promotion application.

After completing the Game Play, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Game Play and Sweepstakes entry per person and/or email address per day.

WEEKLY INSTANT WIN PRIZES:

Twelve (12) Weekly Prizes: Each Weekly Prize consists of an e-reader, an e-reader case, and a $25 gift card, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $195.

Total Instant Win Game Prize Pool ARV: $2,340. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period, by a representative of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the drawing, on or about February 8, 2013.

One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: $2,500 pre-paid debit card.

Total Promotion Prize Pool ARV: $4,840.
