Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 1, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2012.
Open to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry AND have a valid email address.

Limit: One entry per person per email address.
Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a 2010 Toyota Tundra Limited Edition equipped with an installed Alpine stereo system (six 10" speakers, two Alpine amplifiers), one Sony Blu Ray device, Dish Network Satellite TV system, one (1) 37" Samsung widescreen television, four (4) Vizio 20" televisions, Sirius XM Satellite Radio, custom charcoal barbeque, slide out serving table, mounted beverage coolers and an installed water system.
Prize vehicle is provided "as is." Vehicle has been driven for publicity purposes. Expected mileage at time of vehicle delivery approximately 60,000. Sponsor and Administrator do not make, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle of equal value if specified vehicle is not available for any reason. The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all car title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, all federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize vehicle. Grand Prize Winner must provide proof of valid insurance and driver's license prior to accepting vehicle. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize Package is approximately: $69,300.
