FIAT® More Per Gallon Sweepstakes ~ 11/19/12 (Facebook)

Promotion begins on 10/29/12 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends 11/19/12 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET. Promotion consists of twenty-two (22) consecutive Daily Sweepstakes and a Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States and the District of Columbia who, as of the date of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years old.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DAILY SWEEPSTAKES: After allowing the necessary permissions, the Entrant can enter the Daily Sweepstakes once each calendar day starting 10/29/12 through 11/19/12. To enter, an Entrant must select three (3) of his/her friends on Facebook to be Passengers on the Entrant's Trip Itinerary. Then, using the FIAT Studio (dealership) closest to the Entrant's current Facebook geographic location as the starting location of the Trip, the Entrant must follow the instructions to select four (4) other locations from the pre-designated Trip locations and submit the Trip Itinerary. After submission of the Trip Itinerary, the total cost of the gasoline used for the entire Trip driving a 2013 FIAT 500 will be displayed on screen. The cost of the gasoline will be calculated by Promotion Administrator based on the 10/29/12 U.S. Regular Gasoline Price as stated on eia.gov U.S. Energy Information (www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel) and that cost will have no bearing on an Entrant's chances of winning a Daily Prize.

Each day during the Promotion Period, an Entrant may create and submit one (1) Trip Itinerary listing either the same or different locations and/or Passengers as the Entrant has submitted on previous days; however, only the first Trip Itinerary submitted will earn the Entrant an Entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Note: A Passenger may also follow the above instructions to participate in the Promotion as an Entrant. An Entrant may win more than one Daily Prize and is also eligible to win the Grand Prize.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES: The first time that an Entrant enters according to the instructions stated above, s/he will receive one (1) Entry into that respective Daily Sweepstakes and into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Regardless of the number of additional times that an Entrant enters for a chance to win a Daily Prize, the Entrant will not receive any additional Entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit: An Entrant may submit one (1) Trip Itinerary each day during the Promotion Period; however, only the first Trip Itinerary submitted during the Promotion Period will earn an Entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. An Entrant may use only one (1) Facebook ID to enter the Promotion. Entrants attempting to use multiple Facebook IDs may be disqualified, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

DAILY PRIZES (22): A total of twenty-two (22) Daily Prizes are available to be won throughout the Promotion Period. More specifically, one (1) Daily Prize is available to be won in each day's respective Daily Sweepstakes. Each Daily Prize shall consist of a one hundred dollar ($100) Visa® Pre-Paid Card.

GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize, with a total approximate retail value not to exceed three thousand dollars ($3,000) will be awarded in the following manner: The Entrant who submitted the potential Winning Grand Prize Sweepstakes Entry (referred to below as the "Grand Prize Winner") will receive a check in an amount equal to the calculated cost of the gasoline used on the entire Trip; said amount, in no event, to be less than five hundred dollars ($500) or to exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). Each of the three (3) Passengers who are listed on the Winning Grand Prize Sweepstakes Entry ("Grand Prize Passenger Winner[s]") will receive a five hundred dollar ($500) Card. Total ARV: up to $3,000.
