Promotion begins 1:00 PM E.T., 11/09/12 and ends 3:00 PM E.T., 11/20/12.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 13 years old as of the date of entry.
One entry.
There will be one (1) winner. The prize is three (3) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence in the US to New York, NY, one (1) standard hotel room (triple occupancy) for two (2) night(s) at a hotel selected by Sponsor, three (3) tickets to the One Direction concert at Madison Square Garden in New York on December 3, 2012, a meet and greet with the band on December 4, 2012 (subject to availability) and an autographed portion of the band's Teen Choice Award. The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $2,700, depending on exact itinerary.

Prize: (1 winner) Three coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence in the US to New York, NY; one standard hotel room (triple occupancy) for 2-nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor; three tickets to the One Direction concert at Madison Square Garden in New York on December 3, 2012; meet & greet with the band on December 4, 2012 (subject to availability); and an autographed portion of the band's Teen Choice Award. (ARV $2,700). ARV depends on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on various factors, including fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between the point of departure and the destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companions must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Winner must travel to coincide with the Concert, otherwise winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be chosen. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner's preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Unless child of winner, travel companions must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. If winner is a minor, at least one travel companion must be the winner's parent or legal guardian.
