open to persons legally and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at time of entry.

Sweepstakes Overview: This Sweepstakes is one (1) sweepstakes with three (3) separate entry periods, each an "Entry Period" and collectively "Entry Periods." Winners (hereinafter defined) will be randomly selected at approximately 12:00 PM CT on each Drawing Date, for a total of twenty-eight (28) Winners.

Entrants will then be presented with up to two (2) racing related number trivia questions, ("Question" or "Questions") and asked to answer the Questions using only the digits within the entrant's telephone number. Entrants must answer the Questions correctly by using only the digits in their telephone number. Entrant will get one (1) entry into Sweepstakes for each correctly answered Question for a maximum of two (2) entries per day.

Each entrant can access the Sweepstakes Questions one (1) time per each day of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method, for a total of two (2) entries per day , one for each correctly answered Question.

Prizes:

Drawing No. 1 Prizes: There will be one (1) First Place Winner and ten (10) Second Place Winners. The First Place Winner will receive one (1) soft shell RBR jacket, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $175.89; and the ten (10) Second Place Winners will each receive one (1) 1:43 RBR model car, with an ARV of $33.55 each.

Drawing No. 2 Prizes: There will be one (1) First Place Winner and five (5) Second Place Winners. The First Place Winner will receive one (1) RBR watch, with an ARV of $454.80, and the five (5) Second Place Winners will each receive one (1) 1:18 RBR model car, with an ARV of $60.00 each.

Drawing No. 3 Prizes: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner and ten (10) First Place Winners. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest of Grand Prize Winner ("Guest"), to London, England ("Destination"), currently scheduled to take place on or about March 1- 4 , 2013, but subject to change. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor's choice near Grand Prize Winner's primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $2,200; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in Destination, with an ARV of $400; (iii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations upon arrival in Destination for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $960; and (iv) $1,000 for the Grand Prize Winner, collectively the "Grand Prize". The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,560. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary, and ten (10) First Place Winners will each receive one (1) AT&T branded hat, with an ARV of $17.98 each.

The total ARV of all of the Prizes is $6,005.99.

There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person.
