begins at 12:00 am (ET) on November 8, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on December 19, 2012
you must be a legal, permanent United States resident residing in the 48 continental United States or the District of Columbia and 18 years of age or older with a unique valid Social Security number at the time of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day.
Sweepstakes Administrator will select five (5) prize winners, in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period.
PRIZES: Five (5) Prizes of an autographed fiddle by Charlie Daniels will be awarded per Entry Period (the "Prize"). A total of thirty (30) Prizes will be awarded for the entire Sweepstakes. Each Prize has an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $100.
Limit of one prize per person/household for the entire Sweepstakes. Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is $3,000.
