It worked for me in another window, but I'd still like to know how to re-enable the giveaway box that appears on the front page so I am constantly reminded if there's a new giveaway.

Clearing your cookies(or just the cookie for SD) should work.

I was able to get to the right place with the link above, but not by clicking on the "Enter Now" blue button on the upper right of the screen. First it looped, then later it took me to a Dell page.
