Prize: One (1) Prize will be awarded. The prize consists of a trip for two (2) to the Tournament of Roses, which includes the following: (a) round-trip economy air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles International Airport from the major United States or Canadian commercial airport closest to the winner's permanent residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), provided, however, that if the Winner lives within two hundred (200) miles of Los Angeles, at Sponsor's sole discretion the Winner shall instead be provided with ground transportation; (b) room accommodations for two (2) (one standard room) for three (3) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (c) four (4)-day rental of a car selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (d) two (2) tickets to the Rose Parade in Pasadena, CA on January 1, 2013; (e) two (2) tickets to the Rose Bowl Game in Pasadena, CA on January 1, 2013; and (f) Five Hundred Dollars ($500 USD) spending money. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($3,200 USD).
