But srsly, this car is good for towing behind an RV, or perhaps mounting sideways on a ramp behind an RV, like how they mount fat-people scooters behind vans. It's also the best golf cart your money can buy.

UPDATE: I know I shouldn't have called but my local MBenz dealer said they were not participating. The salesmen are probably all hording the Smart cars for themselves.

In case this is a serious question. Answer is -- No.

What they do is sell the car to you at MSRP (most likely). After taxes and tags it is definitely impossible to flip. Note that most new cars are easily sold a couple grand below MSRP.

i usually buy high end cars every couple years but this crappy smart car junk reminds me of the volt gimick that the media and this government promote that just costs the tax payers in the end (and the past few years we talkin trillionslol)not going for this i am not a fool!!!!

You are 100% correct, if people see these obvious factors, maybe their used car price will fall enough to justify a school kid getting one.
